Welcome to PlanIt Peaks 2026, your entry point to amazing pass time of winter sports! This trip was built to give an opportunity for beginners to test the "snow" to see if they enjoy skiing/snowboarding without investing heavily into a trip to Aspen. A budget friendly experience at a location that is only a few hours drive from the Atlanta area. During this trip you will experience two premiere North Carolina Ski Resorts with activities such as skiing/snowboarding, tubing, and ice skating. Both resorts offer breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains from lodges that offer an assortment of refreshments and entertainment.

The average cost of a lift ticket in Colorado during peak season could cost up to $280 and lodging could start at $500 per night. We want our travelers who are new this hobby to test their interest without the feeling of regret if they realize they don't really like it. This trip offers lessons for beginners on terrain that is built for beginners. Stay tuned for our intermediate trips once you are confident in your skills!

Arrive safely and unpack into your rooms to prepare for a weekend of fun! This spacious vacation home has kitchen space, a game room, hot tub, fire pit and more! It's the ultimate place to unwind and stretch out your legs after a day on the slopes! We will have activities to keep you entertained during your stay.

The first day of winter fun at Beech Mountain resort. On this day, your lift pass and lessons are included!

If you liked Day 1, you'll really like Day 2. While you do not have to commit to Day 2 activities at this moment, we really recommend that you do! Sugar mountain offers a larger range of slopes than Beech mountain and is a great place to show off the skills you learned on Day 1. They also offer ice skating and tubing for those who want a more tamed experience.

After a long, eventful weekend it'll be sad to see you go, but the memories will surely carry you home safely to your regular routine.
